Ingild was born in 0680 in Wessex.1 Ingild's father was King of West Saxons, 8th King of Mercia Cenred of Heddi. His paternal grandfather was Ceolwald ap Cutha. He had a brother and a sister, named Ine and Cuthburga. He died at the age of 38 in 0718 in Rome.General Notes
