George Archer 
George was born in 1681 in Chesterfield Co. VA.1 George's father was George Archer II and his mother is Elizabeth Ann *Harris. His paternal grandparents are George *Archer I and Mary Sarah Elizabeth *Wood; his maternal grandfather is *Harris. He had two brothers and five sisters, named John, William, Mary, Blanche, Judith, Elizabeth and Margery. He died at the age of 57 in 1738 in Chesterfield Co. VA.2 
George and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in 1698 in Virginia.3 They had two sons named George and Peter.
