Thomas Butler
Thomas was born on July 8th, 1634 in Kilkenny, Ireland.  He died at the age of 46 on July 30th, 1680 in Arlington House, London, England.  He was buried on July 31st, 1680 in Westminster Abbey, London, England.

Emilia Van was born in 1635.  She died at the age of 53 in 1688.
