John Winston

John was born about 1714 in New Kent, VA. John's father is James Winston and his mother was Barbara Overton. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Winston and Mary Dabney; his maternal grandparents were William Overton and Elizabeth Overton Waters. He has five brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, James, Samuel, William, Alice, Sarah, Elizabeth and Barbara. He is the second oldest of the nine children.
