Joseph Francois was born on January 21st, 1705. Joseph Francois' father is Joseph Vergers-Sanois and his mother was Elizabeth Maigne-Plat. His paternal grandparents were Dominique Florimond Vergers-Sanois and Ann Catherine De Lafond-Esperance Abernethy. He had two sisters named Elizabeth and Marie Francoise. He was the oldest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Pierre Joseph, Claude De, Jean Baptiste De and Marie Catherine.
