Catherine De was born on October 27th, 1401 in Paris, France.  Catherine De's father was Charles VI De Valois and her mother was Isabelle Von Bayern-Ingolstadt.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles V De Valois and Jeanne De Bourbon; her maternal grandparents were Stefan III Bayern-Ingolstadt and Taddea Visconti. She had a brother and three sisters, named Charles VII De, Isabelle De, Jeanne De and Michelle De.  She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-sister named Marguerite De.  She died at the age of 35 on January 3rd, 1437 in Abbey, Bermondsey, Surrey, England.  She was buried in Westminster Abbey, Middlesex, England.

‌Catherine De and Henry V were married in a religious ceremony on June 3rd, 1420 in St. Catherine, Troyes, Aube, France.  They had a son named Henry VI.
