Thomas was born in 1460 in Ockenden, Essex, England. Thomas' father was Thomas Tyrell and his mother is Anne Marney. His paternal grandparents were John Tyrell and Alice Coggeshall; his maternal grandfather was John Marney and his maternal grandmother is Agnes+ Throckmorton. He had a brother and a sister, named Robert and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the three children. He died before 1490.General Notes
