Harriet Katherine was born on November 29th, 1773. Harriet Katherine's father was Thomas Townsend and her mother was Elizabeth Powys. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Townsend and Albinia Selwyn. She was an only child. She died at the age of 40 on August 24th, 1814.General Notes
