Godefroi De La was born about 1430. Godefroi De La's father was Bertrand V De La Tour-Auvergne and his mother was Jacquette Du Peschin. His paternal grandparents were Bertrand IV de La Tour-Auvergne and Marie D' Auvergne. He had a brother and three sisters, named Betrand VI De La, Isabelle De La, Gabrielle De La and Louise De La. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died on July 4th, 1469 in Lyon, France.General Notes
