Donat Von was born about 1358. Donat Von's father was Friedrich V Von Toggenburg and his mother was Kunigunde Von Vaz. His paternal grandparents were Friedrich IV Von Toggenburg and Ita Von Froburg; his maternal grandfather was Donat Von Vaz and his maternal grandmother is Guota Von Ochsenstein. He had a brother and a sister, named Dietheim VI Von and Ita Von. He was the youngest of the three children. He died in November 1400.General Notes
