William Howard Taft 
William Howard was born on September 15th, 1857 in Cincinnati, OH. William Howard's father was Alphonso Taft and his mother was Louisa Maria Torrey. His paternal grandparents were Peter Rawson Taft and Sylvia Howard. He was an only child. He died at the age of 72 on March 8th, 1930 in Washington, D.C..General Notes
