Oswald was born on July 7th, 1794. Oswald's father was George Smith and his mother was Frances Mary Parker Mosley. His maternal grandparents were John Parker Mosley and Elizabeth Bayley. He was an only child. He died at the age of 68 on June 18th, 1863.General Notes
