Sarah Frances was born about 1744. Sarah Frances' father was Francis Seymour and her mother was Isabella Fitzroy. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Seymour and Charlotte Shorter; her maternal grandparents were Charles Fitzroy and Henrietta Somerset.
