His paternal grandparents are Josseran Bers De+ Semur and Ricoara+ X; his maternal grandfather was Dalmace II De+ Brioude and his maternal grandmother is Aldegarde+ X. He had three half-brothers named Thibault De+, Geoffroy I De and Herve I De+. He died before 1048 in Murdered..General Notes
