Gunzel VI Von's father was Niklot I Von+ Schwerin and his mother was Elizabeth Von Holstein. His paternal grandparents were Gunzel III Von+ Schwerin and Margareta Von+ Mecklenburg. He had two half-sisters named Anastasia Von+ and Miroslawa Von. He died in 1327.General Notes
