Ferdinand I Von was born on February 26th, 1861 in Vienna, Austria. Ferdinand I Von's father was August Von Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha and his mother was Clementine D' Orleans. His paternal grandparents were Ferdinand Von Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha and Antonia Kohary. He had two sisters named Clotilde Von and Amalie Von. He was the youngest of the three children.
