Hugues De+ was born about 1088. Hugues De+'s father was Ebles II De+ Roucy and his mother is Sybille De+ Hauteville. His paternal grandparents were Hildouin IV De+ Montdidier and Alix De+ Roucy; his maternal grandparents were Robert Guiscard De+ Hauteville and Sikelgaite De+ Salerno.
