Francois De was born on August 11th, 1418. Francois De's father was Jean III De Rieux and his mother was Jeanne D' Harcourt. His paternal grandfather was Jean II De Rieux and his paternal grandmother is Jeanne De Rochefort; his maternal grandparents were Jean VII D' Harcourt and Marie De Valois.
