Phineas Howe was born on November 16th, 1788. Phineas Howe's father was Joseph Richards and his mother was Rhoda Howe. His maternal grandparents were Phineas Howe and Susannah Goddard. He had two sisters named Rhoda and Hepzibah. He is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
