Euphemia was born in 1319. Euphemia's father was Nicolas II Przemyslide and her mother is Anna Von Schlesien-Ratibor. Her paternal grandfather was Mikulas Przemyslide and her paternal grandmother is Justine Von Hohenzollern; her maternal grandfather was Przemislaw Von Schlesien-Oppeln and her maternal grandmother is Anne Piast. She had a brother and a sister, named Johann I and Margareta. She is the oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother named Premko.General Notes
