Serle+ was born in 1542 in Canterbury, Kent, England.  Serle+'s father is William+ Proude and his mother is Rose+ Serle. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Henry, John, William, Sampson, Ellen and Beatrice.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 42 on December 11th, 1584 in Canterbury, Kent, England.  He was buried in St. Alphage, Canterbury, Kent, England.


Serle+'s family with Anne+ Payne

‌Serle+ and Anne+ were married in a religious ceremony in 1570 in Canterbury, Kent, England.  They had two sons and three daughters, named Thomas, John+, Mary, Jane and Sybill.
