Isabella was born in 1700 in West River Anne Arundel, MD.  Isabella's father was Mordecai Price and her mother was Mary Parsons. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Stephen, Edward, Mordecai, Benjamin, John, Thomas, Elizabeth, Leah, Mary, Rachel and Hannah.  She is the fifth youngest of the twelve children.
