Maria Cleofe was born before 1446. Maria Cleofe's father was Gilberto Pio and her mother was Elisabetta Migliorati. Her paternal grandfather was Marco Pio and her paternal grandmother is Taddea De' Roberti. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Marco and Cornelia. She died after 1492.General Notes
