Isabella was born about 1710. Isabella's father was Francesco Pio and her mother is Giovanna Spinola. Her paternal grandparents are Giberto Pio and Juana De Moura; her maternal grandmother was Isabel Maria De La Cerda. She was an only child. She died in 1799.General Notes
