Mariana was born about 1642. Mariana's father was Ettore Pignatelli and her mother was Giovanna Tagliava D' Aragon. Her paternal grandparents were Fabrizio Pignatelli and Girolama Pignatelli; her maternal grandparents are Diego Tagliavia D' Aragon and Estefania De Mendoza. She had a brother and a sister, named Andre Fabrizio and Geronima. She is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
