Charles Picot 
Charles was born about 1800. Charles' father was Pierre Marie Charles Picot and his mother is Marie Therese Charlotte Guinebaud-Delacour. His paternal grandparents are Pierre Picot and Marie Therese Amyot; his maternal grandparents are Pierre Guinebaud-Delacour and Marie Charlotte Elizabeth Delaforge. He was an only child.
