Robert Edward was born on September 3rd, 1763. Robert Edward's father was Robert Edward Petre and his mother was Anne Howard. His paternal grandparents were Robert James Petre and Mary Radcliffe; his maternal grandparents were Philip Howard and Henrietta Blount. He was an only child.
