William Palmer 
William was born about 1580 in Stephanie, London, England. William's father was John Palmer and his mother was Elizabeth Verney. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Palmer and Catherine Stradling; his maternal grandparents were Ralph Verney and Elizabeth Braye. He was an only child.
