Cecilia was born about 1493. Cecilia's father was Franciotto Orsini and her mother is Violante Orsini. Her paternal grandparents are Orso Orsini and Costanza Savelli; her maternal grandfather was Pier Francesco Orsini and her maternal grandmother is Giulia Beccaria. She was an only child.
