James Thomas Orchard 
James Thomas was born on March 25th, 1850 in Madison Co., KY. James Thomas' father is Levi Orchard and his mother was Susan Shifflet. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Orchard and Sarah Salley Owens. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Alexander, Levi Bryant, William Dudley, Anna Eliza, Sarah, Sally Elizabeth and Wilmuth Jamie. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 63 on March 14th, 1914 in Waynesville, DeWitt Co., IL.General Notes
