Hugues I D'+ was born about 1030. Hugues I D'+'s father is Nm D'+ Oisy. He has a brother named Fastre I D'+. He is the older of the two children.General Notes
NOTE: Having combined the research I have collected thus far, I believe Fastre and Hugues d'Oisy were brothers, but I do not have independent confirmation actually linking the two. This is a TENTATIVE placement.
