David Lyulph Ogilvy 
David Lyulph was born on July 18th, 1893. David Lyulph's father was David Ogilvy and his mother was Mabell Gore. His paternal grandparents were David Graham Ogilvy and Henrietta Blanche Stanley. He was an only child. He died at the age of 75 on December 28th, 1968.General Notes
