Charles was born on March 27th, 1699 in Saint Germain-en-Laye. Charles' father was Charles O'Brien and his mother is Charlotte Bulkeley. His paternal grandfather was Daniel O'Brien and his paternal grandmother is Philadelphia Lennard; his maternal grandparents are Henry Bulkeley and Sophia Stewart. He had a sister named Laure. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 62 on September 9th, 1761 in Montpellier.General Notes
