Jean-Paul De was born on October 26th, 1739. Jean-Paul De's father was Louis De Noailles and his mother was Catherine De Cosse-Brissac. His paternal grandparents were Adrien Maurice De Noailles and Francoise D' Aubigny. He had two sisters named Adrienne Catherine De and Philippine Louise De. He was the oldest of the three children.
