Thibault V De was born about 1310. Thibault V De's father was Thibault IV De Neufchatel and his mother is Agnes Von Geroldseck. His paternal grandparents were Thibault III De Neufchatel and Agnes De Commercy. He had two sisters named Catherine De and Varenne De. He was the oldest of the three children.
