Guidobaldo Da Montefeltro 
Guidobaldo Da was born in 1472. Guidobaldo Da's father was Federico Da Montefeltro and his mother was Battista Sforza. His maternal grandparents were Allesando Sforza and Costanza Varano. He had three sisters named Costanza Da, Giovanna Da and Agnese Da. He was the youngest of the four children. He had two half-sisters named Gentile Da and Lisa Da. He died at the age of 36 on April 11th, 1508.General Notes
