Lorenzo II De' was born in 1492. Lorenzo II De''s father is Pietro De' Medici and his mother was Alfonsina Orsini. His maternal grandfather was Roberto Orsini and his maternal grandmother is Caterina Sanseverino. He was an only child. He died at the age of 27 in 1519.General Notes
