Costanza De' Medici 
Costanza De' was born on January 2nd, 1718. Costanza De''s father was Giuseppe De' Medici and her mother is Anna Caetani. Her paternal grandparents were Ottaviano De' Medici and Teresa De' Mari. She was an only child. She died at the age of 81 on February 20th, 1799.General Notes
