Jacques Goyon De was born in 1689. Jacques Goyon De's father was Jacques Goyon De Matignon and his mother was Charlotte Goyon De Matignon. His paternal grandparents were Francois Goyon De Matignon and Anne Malon De Bercy; his maternal grandfather is Henri Goyon De Matignon and his maternal grandmother was Marie Francoise Le Tellier.
