Cecilia Carlotta was born on December 27th, 1740 in Napoli, Italy. Cecilia Carlotta's father was John Joseph Mahony and her mother was Anne Clifford. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Clifford and Charlotte Maria Livingstone. She was an only child. She died at the age of 39 on February 18th, 1780.-
