Irby MacCartney

Irby was born about 1679 in Belfast, Antrim, Ireland. Irby's father was James MacCartney and his mother was Frances Irby. His maternal grandparents were Anthony Irby and Catharine Paget. He has a brother and a sister, named George and Anne. He is the second oldest of the three children.
