Berkeley was born before 1678. Berkeley's father was Kingsmill Lucy and his mother is Theophila Berkeley. His maternal grandfather was George Berkeley and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Massingberd. He was an only child. He died on November 19th, 1759.General Notes
