Hedwige was born on June 29th, 1815. Hedwige's father was Henryk Lubomirski and her mother was Teresa Czartoryska. Her maternal grandparents were Jozef Klemens Czaartoryski and Dorota Barbara Jablonowska. She was an only child. She died at the age of 79 on February 14th, 1895 in Brussels, Belgium.-
