Jane was born about 1588 in Pillaton Hall, Staffordshire, England. Jane's father was Edward Littleton and her mother was Margaret Devereux. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Littleton and Alice Cokayne; her maternal grandparents are William Devereux and Jane Scudamore. She was an only child. She died on August 31st, 1657.
