Valeran III De+ was born about 1085 in Limbourg, Belgium. Valeran III De+'s father was Henri I De+ Limbourg and his mother was Adelaide+ Pottenstein. His paternal grandparents were Valeran II De+ Limbourg and Jutte De+ Luxembourg; his maternal grandparents are Boto De+ Pottenstein and Judith Von+ Schweinfurt. He had a sister named Mathilde De+.
