Johann Philipp I Von was born in 1539. Johann Philipp I Von's father was Emich X Von Leiningen and his mother was Katharina Von Nassau-Saarbrucken. His paternal grandparents were Emich IX Von Leiningen and Agnes Von Eppenstein. He had a brother named Emich XI Von. He was the older of the two children.
