Guy XV De was born on October 1st, 1476. Guy XV De's father was Jean De Laval and his mother was Jeanne Du Perrier. His paternal grandparents were Guy XIV De Laval and Isabelle De Dreux; his maternal grandfather is Tristan Du Perrier and his maternal grandmother was Isabeau De Montauban. He was an only child.
