Johann Emanuel Von was born on April 23rd, 1751. Johann Emanuel Von's father was Johann Joseph Von Khevenhuller-Metsch and his mother was Karolina Von Metsch. His paternal grandparents were Siegmund Friedrich Von Khevenhuller and Ernestine Von Orsini-Rosenberg. He had two brothers and a sister, named Johann Sigismund von, Johann Franz Von and Maria Therese Von. He was the youngest of the four children.
