Elizabeth Georgiana was born about 1808. Elizabeth Georgiana's father was William Kerr and her mother was Harriet Scott. Her paternal grandparents were William John Kerr and Elizabeth Fortescue; her maternal grandparents were Henry Scott and Elizabeth Brudenell. She had a half-brother named John William Robert.
