Ludwig I Von was born about 1236. Ludwig I Von's father was Heinrich Von Isenburg and his mother was Mechtild Von Hochstaden. His paternal grandparents were Heinrich Von+ Isenburg and Irmengard Von+ Budingen; his maternal grandparents are Lothar I Von+ Hochstaden and Mechtild Von+ Vianden. He had a brother and a sister, named Gerlach I Von and Jutta Von. He was the oldest of the three children. He died about 1304.General Notes
